Wow R seem to me that you would have some legal recourse against your employer and kodak and maybe even the equipment mfg. Have you ever investigated any legal options?
While I did soak my hands in chemistry for many hours it was never on the level of commercial production of 8 hrs a day kinda thing. It's been at least 15 years or so since I've even messed with B&W chemistry. When I started doing commercial work everything was color and shot on chromes and that was all E6 that all went to a lab. Hopefully my limited exposure to the photo chemicals didn't do any permanent damage. In the interim since my last contact with B&W chemistry I spent 7 or 8 years as a fairly strickt Macrobiotic so I hope that that also helped to clear out any chemical my system might have accumulated.
About the bigest prints I made where 16x20s so that was all tray processed so only my hands came in contact with the chemistry. I met this Indian fellow once that did murals and that he processed his prints in a big room by mopping the chemicals on so I can see that one one would get pretty much soaked cause you'd hafta move fast to spread the chemistry to get even development.
R you hang tough and keep kicking some cleansing butt. Please kkp posting a letting us know of your progress.
