here is a new diagnosis from me.
huge toxicity.
the stomach was overloaded with toxins either for what you put in it or from your body. it tryied to let them out through the mouth and when it could not handle the situation it went on to bring them to the heart.you could have easily have had a heart attack the first time but it was close to.
now if i'm going to write my views i want you to write back to me and tell me what happened next.
first and foremost. there are no universal solutions. we can only try things and the body is your responsability.
1 toxicity can be solved with
fasting,raw food, juice fast, coffee enemas, water retention enemas,water cleansing enemas, simple water drinking, washing the skin with water , vinegar
2 gut problems Can be solved with
gaps diet, honey water, lemon, clay.
3 heart attacks can be stopped if you find out what works for you. one quick remedy can also be cayenne pepper.
