I believe that what you are doing is right.

But, I also think that there will be many people who will be concerned with their privacy, and will never send detail information to your email.

One way to solve this problem is to create a questionnaire that everyone interested can complete, without disclosing any personally identifiable information.

Curezone questionnaires are 100% anonymous, and you are the only person who can link your own curezone username to your own answers.

People can also comment to every answer they give inside the questionnaire.
Inside those comments they can also provide a link to one or several images showing their lips.


Here is the questionnaire, still under construction, but you can already answer some of the questions.
The questionnaire will remember all of your answers, so the next time you come, you can just continue where you started.

Question1: Do you suffer from peeling lips or have you been suffering from EC?
A Yes or I am filling this survey for my family member (a child).
B No, (if you choose this option, please exit this survey)

and so on.
