Pinworms won't go away

Help. I've been dealing with these parasites for I think a year now. Started with a strange rash on my arms and body, no doctor could figure out or was helpful(Ive been to several). Itching, dandruff, skin changes, nail changes, stomach pains, then the pinworms showed up! And nothing is getting rid of them. I've tried pin x and albenza many times, tinacure, humaworm, paragone, and a few other parasite cleanses, diet change, Clove capsules, garlic both internally and externally, pumpkin seeds, collodial silver.... They just keep coming back. I did clear out some flukes after a good Paragone flush at one point but the worms never really seem to go away. I clean like crazy evey day and do laundry every night. I am at the end of my rope and exhausted. I think maybe my son has them too... No itching really but I saw a few in his stool a few times....yea I check stool a lot . I see seeds, strings and black pepper dots in mine all the time. The black dots are there all the time & I can't figure out what they are. The seed-like things are there too? The strings are long.. Like an inch or so. Is that pinworms or something else? The night time itching varies; not too bad and I control it now with DE topically. Please someone help.. Are these Pinworms? What else can I do? I am taking albenza everyday now. Getting it online. So far 4 days in a row and I did this for about 10 days in a row two months ago and still they show up again... trying everything here But I can't seem to get rid of these things. please what should I do? I dont know if these are pinworms or hook worms or what, and I am losing hope that I will ever get relief. Tweet
