Hi everyone- I had a severe case of vertigo and I recently had my IUD removed about 4 weeks ago. I had the IUD for 5 years and it was great- no issues and I barely noticed my period. Suddenly when I had it removed, I have been dealing with horrible vertigo. I do have a history of inner ear damage back in 2007, but now it is 2015. I also wonder if this may be caused by the IUD. I am going to a neurologist to determine if it is migraine associated vertigo and I have a test scheduled next week.
