Yes, the energy is the main thing that I worry about.
I want to do sports while I'm on a fasting diet, because I think that it'll work better for my body!
And that's the point of taking vitamins.. I don't think that I can do it without them!
And one more problem.. I'm still in school and I don't know if I'll be able to do my schoolwork well while being on a fasting mode.. But we'll see!
