Something is wrong with my mouth..

I have had this for a month now on and off, this is my first week into the flare up and it does not look any better. I found out eating cake causes it, but i have not eaten cake since the 2nd flare up, this is now my 3rd.. i dont know if it is lip eczema or cheilitis.. My whole philtrum is peeling and flaking off and swollen, extending to my top lips that peels and then my bottom lips get red inflammed, swells up and then proceeds to encase my bottom lip in a hard shell that takes a long time to peel away and bleeds. It hurts so much when i open my mouth to eat. But when i went to a derm, i did not have the flare up on my philtrum, only my lips so she diagnosed it as cheilitis and gave me a mid strength steroid cream..

But i dont want to rely on steroid cream. Everytime i used it it just came back in about a week, so obviously it is something wrong with my body. I have a graduation coming up in 3 days time and here my lips are looking like shit. I really do not have any idea what is going on.. i do not lick my lips, i breathed through my mouth but now im changing that. Anyone has any idea if this is cheilitis?..

Any suggestions on how i can look more presentable?
i just started a new school 3 weeks ago and here i am showing this to them.. this is getting me depressed really. I go home and cry most of my days. Tweet
