From my experience, my antibodies went from >17,000 down to 10. IIRC, >30 was out of bounds.

And yes, I originally felt like cr*p.

What did I do?

Temporary low dose naltrexone(sp?).
Going organic
GAPS diet
NO GLUTEN EVER!
Iodine protocol (that includes selenium)
Weston A Price
Fluoride free (toothpaste, home water)
Fermented cod liver oil/high vitamin butter oil.


Also, I ran out of Lugols for a few weeks recently. The symptoms came back. When Lugol's resumed, all was much better in a couple of days.
