Re: Fasting with Citrobacter freundii complex. Do antibiotics work?

Just thought, you'd like to know that Ciprofloxacin contains Fluoride, that it can induce even heavier disbiosis killing further useful bacteria, supposedly together with Citrobacter. Nystatin orally, can be toxic for the liver, if taken for a long time, which is done for most fungal infections. If I were you and knew what I know now, I would simply flood my system with probiotics by eating fermented veggies or proteins - you can find vegetable fermenting tutorials on youtube, also you can culture probiotics in almond paste and or coconut, or raw milk if you choose so, tutorials at the same site.
