He says act with vigor despite uncertainty because if one is certain then he is certainly wrong as nothing can be certain.
This I believe is the way to access the the subconscious/universal mind and the way humans are able to do what is humanly impossible.
I'm off now on another vigorous day! ...of farming, an activity that requires vigor and lacking in experience I am uncertain of everything.
