I've been having a lot of orange juice. I'll look up some of the other foods you suggested.

Do you think it would be wise to take enemas daily in this condition? Or should I wait until I am back to normal before I take the next enema?

And I'm not sure if the liver pain is a sign of detoxification or not. What do you think?
