I totally agree with saywhatagain. You need to work on the traumatic incident you went through. First of all forgive that person then forgive yourself. Post your story on Emotional Healing forum...here...

I feel for you and sorry that you went through the trauma that affected you so deeply. Give yourself time, our bodies and minds are very flexible, you will heal.
