Has anyone had a positive experience with tooth enamel - being strenghtened, etc, after changing to a particular diet? Which foods did you eat?
How long did it take to notice a difference?
Which kind of toothbrush do you use? Natural bristle? Other?
Are there alternatives to toothbrushes?
Sticks? Flannel wool? Other?
Any other ideas? Does the way you sleep matter? (Acid, etc.)
Yoga? Would that help to get evertything working?
Has anyone tried sleeping in a hammock? I want to but my first try didn't go so well. I like the idea to have my head and whole body supported.
