Parasite cleanse before Colon cleansing?

Some websites say parasite cleansing needs to be done before colon cleansing. Other people on this forum say they need to be conducted at the same time. Which option has a better results? I will use a supplement called "#1 parasite Cleanse for Humans" for parasite cleansing(10 days) and "Colonix" for colon cleansing(2 months). Any advice will be appreciated. Tweet
