Brain is STILL UNCLEAR


On probiotics + prebiotics.
An animo acid detox protocol (varies aminos ,ALA, etc.)
Magnesium malate.
Pregnenolone + dhea
Digestive enzymes + HCL
B vitamins

-All under the suggestions of a functional med doctor Justinhealth.com

Just did a DMPS challenge test - waiting for results.

Working on the gut and eliminating common allergens has made my system feel more ''clean'. I no longer have the throbbing toxic migraines, debilihating fatigue.

I am able to function now (which is a blessing). Hwoever i am STILL NOT OPTIMAL.

I dont feel refreshed and totally clear yet. And i am only 23 years old so i know how I SHOULD be feeling.

All in all, i still feel a little clouded and slow in the head. There is no "freshness" to my cognition.

I dont know what else to do to further clear my head.
I exercise, i juice, eat clean, yet i STILL feel slow.

Any ideas?
All day i have the cognition of a unrested insomniac, even though i sleep.

Where else can i turn? What else can i do?
I am absolutely positive that my mind is not as fresh as it should be.
