Beware of using lipoic acid infrequently, especially if you have silver-mercury Amalgam fillings. These are some of the adverse reactions I've come across in the detox groups.

Inappropriate use of ALA. Sometimes it takes a while for the effects of inappropriate use of chelators to be obvious to adults, let alone autistic kids. These are some examples from adults, some of whom actually had gains in some areas initially but then realized damage was being done, usually to the brain as Hg levels likely increased.

Dr Dan Pompa once said someone who worked for him had "god awful" symptom from taking ALA with some Amalgam remaining. He says it sometimes takes months for the symptoms to build before the person realizes the connection.

I saw it happen to a friend. She had "burning" hands feet and brain. She was an emotional wreck and could not think straight. Thankfully after a year or so of Cutler protocol detox she gradually recovered from it.

-I know a guy at work who has gotten nice improvement in his neuropathy from inappropriate use of ALA; however he looks really foggy and whifty even though he is obviously well educated. He reminds me of my foggy brain before I started to chelate. This is doubly sad because he has a high-level autistic young adult son. The boy would likely benefit from appropriate use of ALA and the boy needs his aging father to be sharp and healthy to help him heal!

Im on DHEA only and Ive noticed improvements in my health too. It seems hormones are a major part of the immune system.

One thing I dont see you using is methylation support. Methylation is responsible for making glutathione(immune function), hormones, neurotransmitters, and detox.

Try adding TMG to your supplements to speed up the immune system and detox pathways.

Make sure your not too heavy metal toxic with copper, mercury or other metals also because brain fog will never go away if your metal toxic.

Hi. I know the feeling you have, the "unclear" one. It feels just like residual brain fog. Sometimes it is better sometimes worse. For me, it also sometimes prevents my eyes focusing especially on the objects that are closer.

I have read somewhere that curcumin helps restore the H in the HPA axis. The root cause of AF. I also check here what people say about curcumin. There was a reference on an article that talks how curcumin affects hypothalamus.

I tried and it works, even vision improved.

Don't try cheap version because it would be difficult to say if it does not work for you or just poorly absorbed.
