Kefir vs. Sauerkraut vs. Rejuvilack vs. Kimchi for probiotics

Based on personal experience and scientific facts, could someone help in indicating which one is among the most suitable based on given criteria:

- ease to prepare
- something that even novice can prepare (without developing harmful molds due to not been able to follow the method exactly)
- less time to prepare/prepare again, something that can easily be adopted to busy lifestyle
- purity, cost, preparation material easy to get

Doing parasite cleanse and really need probiotics. Have candida also. Would like to avoid taking gluten (if possible without impacting the probiotics intake) and dairy.

Concerns about each:
Milk Kefir: dairy (as trying to remove candida)
Water kefir: is it effective enough to introduce maximum number of healthy bacteria
Sauerkraut: is it easy enough (concerned that prep material is too many, and too many precautions)
Rejuvilack: gluten in grains (like wheat etc.)
Kimchi: don't know sufficently as of now

Any other alternative.

Thanks for the responses
