While cleansing, when do I take probiotics?

While cleansing, when do I take probitics?

I am 8 days into the herbal parasite cleanse, and am about to start a 2 week Colon Cleanse to coincide with it. After that I think I am gonna move to Lung, Kidney, and Liver.

I am a little confused about when I should be taking them. For one, the quality ones are expensive and I dont want to waste them and also I am not sure if I could be harming my body (dont think I would be but not sure).
