Leaky gut/dysbiosis

Hi. I am suffering with what I believe is leaky gut and dysbiosis. I think it has mucked up my nervous system. I just don't know where to start as I think I have dysbiosis as well and adrenal fatigue. My symptoms are:

Fatigue
Nervousness (high)
Tooth infections
Headaches
food sensitivities
Distorted thoughts
Malabsorption
Extreme agoraphobia

I also suffered with a gambling addiction which I have stopped and I smoke ten a day (trying to give up)

From reading up online I'm 99.9% sure it's leaky gut and dysbiosis.

I literally don't know where to start correcting this.

Any advice would be much appreciated. I am also a type one diabetic since age 6. I am now 28.
