Re: Ascaris in Head: How to manage die-off?

Keep up with one dewormer. What we recommend is your choice of the Barefoot dewormers. http://www.oldfashionedspices.com. You can add other dewormers and spices that would be good. Don't go off the dewormers. Red pepper is a good dewormer, too.

It may take you years to get all the bugs. stay on an anti-parasitic isn't going to hurt you when many spices are anti-parasitic like ginger, garlic, oregano--look them up. Castor oil packs are always good. You can use turmeric as an anti-inflammatory. Neem is good. http://www.neemtreefarms.com.

You will have to make your body an inhospitable place for parasites to live by cleaning the colon and flushing the liver over time. If you're following the order of cleansing, you shouldn't be getting die off. It's just brain fog. Headaches isn't an unusual thing to experience when th etoxins get stirred up. You can get all kinds of unpleasant symptoms when going through this. Flu like symptoms, anything not so pleasant until the poisons are gone.

Follow up at the end with Hulda Clark's mop-up program for ascaris and tapeworm. Find it on CZ.

Another thing you can do is to take chanca piedra or what's called "the stone crusher". People can have stones anywhere.
