Ascaris in Head: How to manage die-off?

Any idea how to manage die-off for Ascaris in head? So far was happening in other parts of the body, was still manageable, but while in head, I just can't think/focus and so much headache.

Another question: finding some Ascaris movement in testicles, they moved from lower part of the colon to now this part, any idea if they could do serious harm there and any suggestions to protect from the potential harm?

BTW I'm a male on mid 30's. I know the herbs that I'm taking are killing them. Tweet
