I know that for me yam potatoes works great.So i cut rice and all other carbs out except yams.I believe that body needs fuel to fight but in small amounts.I do eat 100 to 150 carbs a day and i am way better that 3 month ago.When i was on 30g of carbs i thought i will die.i was barely able to walk,and now i can go to work.But everyone is different.Just experiment.All the best
