Try 800 to 1200 IU Vitamin E while on round! That could make a big difference. It did for me when I was taking skimpy amounts of it. Hopefully you tolerate lipid soluble vitamins.
There is a slight chance you are one of those who will do better when taking doses more frequently than normal; however, I would not bother with that until after you get more typical doses of lipid soluble antioxidants on board.
