After/in between rounds

Its very hard to know whats going on in my body but I think after removing metals from my connective tissues I can feel at night when Im fasting the shifting metals from my nervous system to my connective tissues.

Im getting a increase in symptoms at night while fasting. It actually feels like Im getting worse but Im thinking its the body moving metals from one place to another. Is this normal?

It feels like electricity sensations all over the body/face and limbs,twitching lip,white colored skin and some psychiatric symptoms like sensitivity to noise and depression.
