I put it through a presser, and put it in my small oven with the rest of my veggies. I warm it up until the bowel is warm, but not hot to the touch.
Because the bits are small, and all get air for a bit, it's so much easier to eat.
I've found that I should never eat too much, 1 clove a day. If it oozes out of your breath, or skin, that says detox to me. Your body isn't using it all.
