Re: Depressing Hospital dermatology visit today

The irony being all dermatologists should admit most openly as any other area that they quite literally more often do not know, as there is no perfect cure for many dermatological conditions, just coping or improvement strategies which they acknowledge will not work for many, because it is one of the more inexact sciences, with more inexact treatment and more inexact results, because exact causation and exact remedy is often unknown, so why not try and work together with the patients experience rather than prescribe the only treatment first prescribed 30 years ago, my doctors are fantastic in this regard, the clinicians the opposite. The meeting with the flat earth society should be interesting, I was't even joking about going in with the gumshield and postcards.
