Yeah, I think something is left out when it comes to the cellular detox. It's not that easy 7 years later. The cellular detox can take a long time. The tissues take a long time to release their half life drug toxins, and it's then that you see the results of what the drugs did. Damaged ligaments and tendons. Nerves that have to heal that takes a very long time. Muscle spasms everywhere from the tissues detoxing these drugs.
You never took the bad psycho drugs, so your experience is going to be different than those who have.
We usually just let a person do the detox on their own and not tell them what's going to happen next. It's NOT easy. There can be a lot of damage and extended detox most people don't plan on. Benzos can give you protracted withdrawal for years before you start a program like this. The tissue detox that happens in spinal cord and brain as well as everywhere else can go on for many a month after you planned on being healthy. Nervous system tissue is a long time getting rid of the drugs and getting healthy again.

I know you've left your forum many moons ago and probably wouldn't agree with me, anyway. But you'll have to agree with someone has been there and it's happening to them. The victims WILL be disappointed in how long it takes to feel right again. All I can say is keep going. Tweet
