Always wondered (and I'll bet there are others out there with the same situation who ae diabetic and have had their gall bladders removed) why I can't find an inch to pinch of fat on anywhere but my abdomen. It is the lymph backing up in the area of the navel, especially post gall baldders surgery. So, I can see there is going to be a lot of lymph drainage. That means doing some motoring on foot and drinking enough distilled water just to make sure I do get the lymph drained well. No toxins added again, too, because that would surely slow down the process.
