I've been putting urine on my face and drinking my morning urine on and off for years. I have a major problem with pimples and the urine has helped considerably. It even healed my scars. I think my problem is due to having a systemic fungal and yeast infection caused by too many bouts of Antibiotics that probably led to leaky gut syndrome. To complicate matters more, I also have a virus infection from getting shingles. Nothing worked as well as urine. The problems that I have probably would have all cleared up if I had not stop taking urine. When I stopped, and as I got older and started eating more and more sweet things my condition got so bad that I had seeping sores though out my entire body that all went away after I started drinking and applying it to my skin. Along with my skin problems, I also had irritated eyes and ear infections, so I decided to rinse my eyes, sinus, ears, and gargle with it on top of drinking about a cup of morning urine each day. After doing this for about 10 days, I can see my taste for Sugar dropping. Though I still break out in rashes, they go away usually after applying min 8 day old urine on them. and they seem to be breaking out less.

If you have any of the issues like the ones I mentioned, you really need to watch your diet. Stay away from anything sweet, no sugar, honey, fruits and grains especially wheat. I do eat rice. I think after most of the yeast have died off, that probably means no more break outs, I will try reintroducing certain foods to see if I can tolerate them. I do go off my diet and eat honey or fruits and they do seem to bother me less already.
