i am 31 years old, and out of the blue began suffering from moderate
Acne on my forehead this summer. after trying to eliminate many potential
food sensitivities (dairy, eggs, nuts), i was still breaking out in 5 or 6 big whitheads on my forehead every week with some huge cystic
Acne pustules once in a while too. despite a nutrient-dense, low carb diet with plenty of lean meats/leafy veggies/anti-inflammatory spices - plus plenty of exercise - i was at a loss for this sudden appearance of acne.
after exhausting most other avenues, i have been applying fresh, mid-stream urine to my face three times a day for the past 5 days... the result? all of my current
Acne healed quickly and i have had essentially no new pimples! further, the
Seborrheic Dermatitis on my nose and cheeks looks considerably better. much less redness, no flakes. i can never remember my skin being this smooth.
i have read quite a bit on this site, and have recently purchased van der croon's book "golden fountain". though i am very healthy outside of these skin issues, i agree with those who claim skin problems can be a manifestation of internal issues so am considering drinking the urine as well.
i have ingested very tiny amounts over the past few days, a couple drops here and there. my question is, should i increase my consumption in incremental doses? or just dive right in, so to speak? do those who began drinking urine for skin problems notice stronger effects, and that they need not apply it topically anymore?
