During the worst of my CF, I had chest pain. I was even in emergency once. And I had plenty of leg cramps and horrible periods.

I jumped on the magnesium supplement bandwagon too.

What I eventually learned is: we can't absorb inorganic minerals. They need to go through photosynthesis, through a plant.

Eating soaked raw nuts and seeds solved my crampiness :)
