Re: Help with test results, possible hormone imbalance

I have always suspected that ZRT values come in a little too high so my guess is that your cortisol levels are lower than what are presented on their test.

The fact that you sweat a lot makes me wonder if you are using your sympathetic nervous system to compensate for lack of energy or when you are in stressful situation.

I think Joe's suggestion of low dose pregnenolone is excellent. It really helped me a lot when I had periods of fatigue. I felt invigorated and mentally clear when using pregnenolone. I was on low dose. I think the Pure brand of supplements carries as low as 10mg dosage and that way you can slowly increase dosage to you find something that works for you. Other bands had too high of a starting dosage and were too stimulating.
I would like to go back on it but my current ND doesn't think it's right for me.

What other kinds of adrenal supplements and glandular did you try? Maybe dosage of glandular you took was too low of a dosage. Did you not feel any effect or feel worse?

In the meantime, eats lots of protein and use Sea Salt (trace minerals) on all your food.
