Help with test results, possible hormone imbalance

Hi, I am in need of some serious help. For about a year now, I have been feeling out of it. My main symptoms are: major fatigue ( I have trouble getting up whether I sleep 6 hours all the way to 12 hours), I'm tired all day, dry itchy skin w/ sometimes red small bumps- really itchy/dry scalp, constant sweating and redness from doing absolutely nothing, weight-gain ( I've put on about 30 pounds over the past year from lack of energy, constipation that comes and goes, bad headaches on my left-side, and purple circles under my eyes that sometimes resemble a black-eye. I'm only 23 years old and I have a hard time doing anything anymore. It's a struggle to have enough energy to even get an assignment done or to go to class. I've had blood tests done and they're all normal, my TSH level was also within normal range. I ordered tests from zrtlaboratory a few months back and I'm posting the results below. I've tried adrenal supplements and even adrenal extracts for a few months and my symptoms are still here. Any help or advice on what to do would be much appreciated. I can't keep feeling like this, I want to be able to go out and enjoy life.
