Re: Swollen ankles after 28 day fast

Many thanks for your reply. After doing some reading I think I am suffering from Hypophoshatemia Re Feeding syndrome, which is quite scary. My intention was to re-feed for while then go on another 28 day Water Fast but this has put me off as I don't want to have a heart attack or organ failure. I also cannot see much info on this subject. Interesting to hear of anyone else who has suffered this.

My ankles are still swollen,
