Re: An explanation of GERD, etc, an answer

Mg chloride's supposed to be one of the absolute best ways to get your body replete with magnesium :)
Put some of it into a spritzer bottle (fine mist spray), with some distilled water (if you don't have much), and spritz spritz..

Magnesium dries out the skin because it displaces salts, so best you spread a little extra virgin olive oil on the spiritzed skin to add in essential fatty acids after its absorbed.

Magnesium can be a bit of an energy thief, and I don't personally use it supplemental except as magnesium taurate (internally). It's important there's no elemental magnesium or inorganic compounds available to gut biofilms, it just contributes to bacterial overgrowth and t-r-o-u-b-l-e in my case! Diabetics have Candida issues out the yingyang.

If you get really tired after using your Mg Chloride, rest a good while (2-3 days), get B-complex vitamins into your body after some fresh-pressed lemon juice drunk undiluted.

parasite cleansing is the flagship for getting rid of organisms that host Candida and use it as a part of their metabolism internally. (You likely know that already)

Bless, and please pray for me for a few minutes. I'm kinda on a forced fast right now because an infected root canal has complicated matters. (Sleeping poorly, no appetite, lots of ringing ears and blocked lymph nodes about the neck.. Yeah, the works.) See Health > Dental > root canals in the CZ main menu if you had Q's.
