I don't feel hungry all the time. It's just that when I ate something that makes me nauseous I turn to sweets so I won't vomit. If I'm sleepy and need to stay awake I eat and drink coffee. I don't exercise much at work and not very good at drinking water. I know that they're bad for me but I find it hard to stick to a healthy regimen for long.It is one of the reasons why I joined this forum. I want to find something that will help me live healthier and be inspired by people who have been successful in this endeavor.
