Re: Meat diet and effects on human experience

You are off topic, try to vegan debate forum. I don't agree with the paleo diet but I also don't agree with vegan/vegetarian diets for everyone.

'Meat crystallizes the spirit at the lower energy centers.'

What do you base this on? I was vegetarian for 6 years and I thought I was all 'spiritual' and what not, turns out I just had my head in the clouds and faced the consequences later. True spirituality is based in being grounded and balanced. Including some meat in the diet (in moderation) will achieve this for many people.

'Vegan makes the eyes clear.
Meat diets make the eyes dark.'

Again just a baseless claim. I could tell you the actual reasons why the eyes become clear and dark but it would take to long to explain right now.

I agree that meat in excess will make people more aggressive and what-not. Some people should be vegetarian if their constitution allows it. Have you ever met any super grumpy, unhealthy vegetarians? I've met tons of them, I was one of them and they are not making the world a better place at all by bringing themselves out of balance. You are barking up the wrong tree trying to change the self with diet. The diet should be balanced and nourishing, changing the self requires other methods.
