I've only done the split in the glass test. According to that I have candida. I've been doing a parasite cleanse too. The first couple days I did it I reacted very strong. Now at times I feel bubbling around my testicles and groin area that I didn't feel before. It's been scary. Since then I've really been watching my diet and drinking a couple glasses of carrot juice with garlic and onions each day.
I went to see the doctor for a prostrate test too. I haven't got the results back yet.
I've done parasite cleanses in the past with good results, but never stuck to an anti-candida diet. I've had a history of depression. Tweet
