Magnesium and AF

Hello

Anyone trying to balance a Cal/Mg deficiency while also trying to balance your adrenals?

I was told my Calcium was higher in relation to Magnesium. I am prone to stress and all stimulation triggers. Hence my AF tends to run on the hyper side.

But when I increased my magnesium it made me feel calmer but today I feel sluggish. I was told magnesium could slow down the adrenals even further and then I would need some kind of adrenal support.

Has anyone ever been stuck on this non-ending treadmill?

I have tried so many Adrenal friendly supplements in the past (pregnenolone, licorice root progesterone)..They all made me feel worse - super stressed.

I think this put undue stress on my adrenals b/c now I feel anxious but at the same time, mentally flat. Like my emotions have no energy behind them.

My zinc (associated with progesterone) was also higher than copper (estrogen) which could have been from all my prior progesterone use which I just think made me feel worse and made my estrogen climb and caused even more anxiousness and insomnia. The weird thing is I was taking oral progesterone which I thought my liver would have flushed out of my body instead of holding onto like cream progesterone can.

Please let me know if anyone has had any success. I fear I will be this way forever.
