Re: Humaworm, sore arms

I'm on the last day. I had a twitching feeling above my right ear last night. I had this before I started humaworm also. I woke up sweaty and passed what looked like onions in my stool. I eat alot of salsa, so it could be onions. I really haven't seen anything unusual in my stools through the whole cleanse other than white specks. I never had a headache or constipation or anything unusual other than a stuffy nose at first and coughing up phlegm during the middle of the cleanse. I used the Ultimate zapper for 3 days. I don't really feel any different than I did before the cleanse, but I figure it didn't hurt anything to try.
