Humaworm, sore arms

I'm on day 6 of humaworm, and for the last 3 days I've had sore spots on my uppper arms. It feels like I had a tetnus shot in both arms. The acupressure spot looks to me like LI 14, but I can't find much information on what it means when they are sore. Anybody have experience with this? Should I massage it, press on it, leave it alone, get acupuncture? I do notice muscles spasms at the same spot mostly in the left arm when I lay down.
