Wellll, lecithin will dissolve gallstones according the Barefoot, our herbalist. Like dissolves like, IF you've got the time. Most don't, and have to flush the liver using the Coke flush and clean out the colon at the same time with the Schulze products. I can't verify anything with my own experience, but once the liver is cleaned out, you shouldn't have any more stones form, IF you stay on a maintenance dewormer.
Brain fog is toxins and the toxins have to be gotten rid of until your liver can do it on it's own.

Don't forget a gallstone in the common bile duct IS a gall bladder attack.

If your digestion is compromised, why don't you start cleaning out your body so it can again function normally and you won't need to take supplements?
Guess it helps to do digestive enzymes until that time comes, but you want your body to be able to do all that. If you're full of toxic junk, it can't.

Another thing the clay is good for is unblocking meridian lines. Anywhere you have tooth metal, cuts that have healed like episiotomies, tattoos, operations, you will have to unblock meridian lines.
