I've been reading that extra phosphatidylcholine helps pass the bile stones easier and helps relieve brain fog when taken in combination with ox bile (also cholinergic compounds) and enzymes.
What's your take on this, Dr? Almost all phosphatidyl choline supplements are in soy lecithin, but the soy proteins are filtered out. A few like solgar's have separated the phosphatidylcholine from the other lecithin fats.
Surprising for what's considered to be a B-vitamin compound, but vital to fatty acid metabolism and acetylcholine production. Eggs have the highest content of it, but makes sense that a digestion-challenged individual wouldn't absorb it as well as a healthy individual.
