My suggestion besides the above two posts is to eat fresh fruits and vegetables, the best cleansers and healers in the foods we consume. Also stop eating heavy proteins and you will have less load on digestive system. Also no sugary junk foods at all, I hope you do not eat junk.
For temporary masking of the odor get organic natural scented liquid soap from a store called Lush. But cleansing is the ideal way to clear up this problem.
