definitely not blood, i have ulcerative colitis for 30 years and the blood doesn't appear like specks, more running through it and obviously red, without a doubt.

you didn't eat anything like quinoa or seeds ? could be parasite eggs?? i am new here and sorry can't be of more help - try and look up black specks in stool on google? Tweet
