Hello, never used this forum at all I don't think. I have started a walking routine after Xmas and have been feeling better ever since. I have lost a few pounds, been eating more greens and fruits, trying once in a while to eat sweets and limit my Sugar intake.
I am wanting to increase my workout a little bit later on once I sign up to the gym on campus. I have been eating a bit of organic food a little bit at a time because of a very small budget. I remember when I ate a lot of organic foods I lost 30 pounds then ran out of money and gained it back. Gotta finish this later can't wait to see my body transform!
I love my walks just finished today tomorrow is a rest day.
