I hope you are well! I really appreciate you chiming in. I am so happy to find someone on here who has done the Hubbard purification. A close relative actually did it with the "church" many years ago, but getting any info out of her is impossible for some reason. I saw her whole life change for the better afterwards, but she would never instruct me as to how to do it or get it done myself. One day I finally realized I could get the book that explains it on Amazon, and do it myself.
And I totally agree and appreciate the warning. I won't do the Cutler thing until I am healthier and done with the Hubbard sauna thing, if I do it at all.
I am doing very small baby steps toward the full purification program. Right now I am just getting into the sauna in the late morning and evening. I am not doing the Niacin yet. I am getting my feet wet so to speak, I don't think I can shock my system with the full throttle for at least a few weeks or more.
I have been doing this for about a week, getting used to the supplements, etc. Also, trying to keep my electrolytes balances which is paramount for CFS. I have to say, I am feeling way better already. The FIR sauna is just so healthy beyond sweating I believe. My husband is initiang some daily sauna and is feeling it too.
May I ask if you benefitted energy wise from the regime? How long did you do them for, each one?
Did you see a lot of firefighters get their health back? It makes me want to cry to think of them. All the best and I truly appreciate any other guidance or feedback you may have time to share,
