I couldn't sweat before b12s

Hey Joe,

Thanks for the reply and the info.  I wasn't sweating too well until I recently added in a protocol by Freddd for upping my b12s and I noticed within a day or two that I was sweating just doing normal tasks, it was quite eye opening.

That is the reason I decided to go for it with the sauna.  It would be very bad I'm sure for anyone who isn't sweating, no doubt.

Do you know if anyone has taken their sweat to have it analyzed?  I am considering attempting to do this.  It seems it could really help to balance out other testing data to determine exactly what we are all toxic with.

I am getting in the sauna for about 20-25 mins, 2x a day.  This is a lot for me, but keeping up with the mineral replacement, water, etc. has been key.  I am also rebounding for 10-20 mins before the sauna, very gently.

Also a proper cool down after each session, including washing the hair, is key.

I feel very hopeful that this is going to turn a corner for me for good. Then I plan to add in the FDC with the ALA, and then maintenance sauna sessions 1-2x a week.

I'm more concerned about the metals I am breathing, eating, in my old amalgams, etc. than the EMFs from the sauna.  I am the canary in the coal mine and I think I would notice if there was something bad going on with the sauna, I can feel it if I'm in a room with a microwave.  I think the infrared waves offsets it somehow.

Have a good one
