I make my own kombucha, beet kvass and kefir. I do love the taste and benefits of fermentation. I am constantly experimenting with different combinations.
The different flavorings and/or combinations are limited only by my imagination.
The cherry juice ferment sounds tasty, so I will try it. The link you provided does give me lots of ideas...........
