I can't tell you if you sh/stay with your current job or go elsewhere. I would like to point out some things that have not been mentioned though.

Although you are focusing on your job, this dream takes place at "home". A driveway in dreams can mean the end of a journey. It's in your driveway that you encounter a doctor and his assistant. You show them the parasites under your skin. You know that they are parasites, not "something bugging me under my skin". parasites drain you physically, but could mean someone is too dependant on you, OR that you have a tendency to take without giving back.

The assistant says you will need a total blood transfusion.
Since life is in your blood, it could mean you need a new/different life. Also noticed that this assistant is female. When she won't clear you for work you get angry.
Do you have unexpressed anger with a female in waking life?

Personally I would go to a doctor in hopes that my physical condition was poor enough that he would recommend a change of position at work, and get it in writing.
